POLICIES! A $20 deposit is required within 1 hour of booking your appointment to be able to secure your spot. If you are booking Bridal makeup a deposit is needed to secure your appointment within that 1 hour time slot ( price varies). This deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE. If you are sending money through cash app an extra two dollars are required to cover the cash app fee. If you are unable to do so please choose another payment methods below: Zelle: 682-583-1216 (preferred) Cash App: $dessttinyy CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment. If you are needing to reschedule please contact me to do so when you cancel your appointment. Otherwise, 50% of your remaining balance is due for inconvenience. If you fail to pay this fee you will be banned from booking. LATE ARRIVAL I allow a 10 minute grace period upon arrival, anything exceeding over 10 minutes will result in your appointment being canceled, unless discussed otherwise. Late arrival results in a $10 charge . NO SHOWS All no shows will result in you being charged 60% of your service to the card on file, and not allowed to book in the future. To prevent this always communicate with me about what’s going on so I can better understand your situation, and get you rescheduled. TRAVEL FEES All travel fees are a flat rate fee of $100 within the DFW. For outside the city/ state prices will vary. Please contact me to further discuss those accommodations. Any parking fees, airport, luggage and hotel fees will be covered by the client. Please be detailed in the accommodations you need. HOLIDAY GLAMS During the holiday season any glam booked has a $20 add on fee. This includes: •Thanksgiving •Christmas Day •Christmas Eve •New Years Day •New Years Eve •Easter •Valentines Day •Mothers Day •Halloween SQUEEZE-IN POLICY Last Minute Squeeze-Ins are $20 for anything booked 8hrs or less, or any special accommodations made for you. EARLY BIRD/ AFTER HRS INCONVENIENCE FEE Any appointments requested before 10 AM or after 10 PM are charged a fee of $20 NO EXTRA GUEST/ NO KIDS No extra guest are allowed during your appointment. Please have respect for me as your artist and do not bring extra people to your appointment. All parents wishing to accompany minors are more than welcome to sit in the lobby. NO SMOKING ALLOWED No smoking is allowed in my suite. That INCLUDES coming to your appointment smelling like weed. Please be considerate of me as your artist and my work area. After you book with me you will receive a text from myself confirming your appointment, and discussing travel accommodations if needed.
